Next choice was the jar of eyes, indicating I took the well/Achaka path first, and had to borrow an eye from Manny's jar. Then the cart, showing the table-top wheel, indicating I got the wheel replacement from the Hobblepots. Instead of being blind/dead(?), or chained up, it's free.
The flying dragon would be my first choice. So, to those who haven't yet played/beat chapter 1, spoilers.
